For All Graduates of MBSR Programs: Free Monthly Evening of Mindfulness Practice
All graduates of any mindfulness-based stress reduction programs are warmly invited to a monthly evening program of mindfulness practice. There is no charge for these evenings and no pre-registration. The goal of this program is both to offer ongoing support for your practice, and to help create a sense of community among MBSR practitioners.
Dates (first Sunday of each month):
Time: 6:30 - 8:00 PM

6:30-7:30 mindfulness practices, generally 30 min. walking practice followed by 30 min. sitting practice
7:35-8:00 discussion of issues in practice
Facilitators: MBSR teachers or experienced meditators
